Kyle Nielson

Kyle is the Director of Customer Success at PodPlay Technologies and is responsible for client onboarding, training, and relations. He served in the Marine Corps, self-published two books, and has worked in relationship management for 14 years, serving Fortune 500 companies and SMBs. Kyle has built experiences for European Royalty, collaborated with the Secret Service and heads of state, and facilitated brand and behavior training for thousands of employees and students. He previously led the customer experience for Hudson Yards in New York City, the largest private real estate development in the United States, creating and executing strategic employee initiatives for the world’s most influential companies. Kyle holds degrees in Communication (MA), Mass Communications, and Media (BA) from Arizona State University.
