PodPlay Referral Program Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
- Referrers must use the designated webform on the PodPlay website to submit referrals.
- Referred prospects must sign up within 180 days of original referral date.
- Referred prospects must be “net new” opportunities to PodPlay to qualify.
- VIP referral rewards are open to all existing customers of PodPlay who have an active and paid subscription.
- Referral Reward
- Referrers will receive a $250 reward for each successful referred customer that signs up to use the Basic/Basic+ tier, and a $500 reward for each successfully referred customer that signs up to use the Pro/Autonomous tier.
- Existing PodPlay customers will receive a $500 reward for each successful referred customer that signs up to use the Basic/Basic+ tier, and $1000 reward for each successfully referred customer that signs up to use the Pro/Autonomous tier.
- The reward will be a one-time payment or other agreed-upon compensation method.
- Qualifying Criteria
- To qualify for the referral reward, the referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously purchased or used PodPlay´s services.
- The referral must be submitted through the official webform available on the PodPlay website.
- The referred customer must complete the onboarding process and go live with PodPlay´s software within 180 days of being referred.
- Reward Disbursement
- Referral rewards will be processed and credited to the referrer´s account after the referred customer has successfully gone live with PodPlay´s software.
- Referrers will receive an e-mail alert when a referral has gone live with instructions for receiving rewards.
- Rewards are non-transferable.
- Multiple Referrals
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing customer can make.
- Each successful referral meeting the qualifying criteria will result in a $500 or $1000 reward.
- Program Duration
- The referral program is ongoing and may be subject to change or termination at the discretion of PodPlay.
- Any changes to the referral program will be communicated to existing referrers via email or through the PodPlay website.
- Compliance
- Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the referral program.
- PodPlay reserves the right to disqualify any referral that violates the terms and conditions of the program.
- Dispute Resolution
- In the event of any disputes regarding the eligibility or reward issuance, PodPlay will make the final decision.
- Modifications
- PodPlay reserves the right to modify or update the referral program terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes to the referral program will not diminish or affect the terms of prior referrals.
- Communication
- PodPlay will communicate with referrers primarily through the email address associated with their account.
By participating in the referral program, referrers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. PodPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at its sole discretion.
